Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays or product launches), order processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in processing or shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–4 business days

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

The Love Jars ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Carrier

Orders are typically shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and your delivery location.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If you believe your order was lost or stolen after delivery confirmation, please contact us at thelovejarteam@gmail.com so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
